If I could have given a higher rating than a 5 I would have without hesitation. Let me just start off by saying this is easily one of my favorite businesses to deal with. I know that sounds odd but from their office staff to their field men everyone is so kind, respectful, and honest. I am completely blown away with Art and his staff and everything they did to protect my family, help me in a pinch, and be willing to go into battle for me if needed. I am a Foster Mom and we ran into a small issue that threatened our current licensing situation; Art went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was handled quickly, efficiently, and was willing to speak on my behalf. WHAT A BLESSING! I must say that Art and his team are always honest and I never question what they are telling me about my water; he even went as far as explaining the science behind his job - it is so neat! Please do yourself a favor and look no further than Culligan for your water needs. I will forever be grateful for the relationship I have established with him and his team.
