We had no idea how it worked or who to call for service since we weren't given a manual or any information when we purchased the home. When we googled the brand, we found that the company no longer existed. Then, we found Culligan Water in Star Junction, PA. I was sure when I called them they wouldn\'t be able or even willing to help us. I couldn\'t have been more wrong!!! Not only were they willing to provide service, but they were able to come out within a few days to service our softener. Art called me within an hour of my first call, and Bill came out and serviced our softener within days. Plus it was the week after Christmas before New Year\'s Day. What company does that???
