Culligan Water Softener Systems

I bought a home with well water, which appeared to be clear with a hint of a metallic odor. I questioned whether I should rely on this water source. I investigated a Culligan system. I thought how important it is to have pure water. With all the things surrounding us today, water should be the ultimate cleanser. It was discovered that I had bacteria, iron, and very hard water. I decided to purchase the system, but what I really bought was peace of mind. It was well worth the investment. Besides having water I can feel comfortable with using, I had the best service ever!. The support staff, sales representative, and installers were the most friendly and helpful persons I have encountered! I highly recommend Culligan!

I have been using Culligan Water service for 18 years and am very pleased with the quality of my water. I have whole house filtering which, of course, includes my drinking water. With all the problems going on with our water companies today, I feel it is one less worry. I have been dealing with Art and Bill Trilli at the Star Junction office for the entire time I have had my filters and am very pleased with their service and office employees. I just had a second water filter added to my first drinking water filter which gets out even more of the impurities in our water. I would recommend using them for all your water service needs.

In late January (2020) I needed a new home water softner treatment system to replace a 25 year (plus) General Ionics Unit that mal functioned. The manager from the Culligan Star Junction (PA) location closest to my home arranged a visit and thoroughly explained their system and with no sales pressure, asked me to consider Culligan for several days, and if still interested, call for an installment appointment. After evaluating several competitors, I decided on the Culligan Gold System for our whole house operation. Installation was completed within a week by Bill Trilli and his assistant Frank.

They arrived promptly on January 28 as scheduled and professionally removed the old unit and replaced the new Culligan system within about two hours. Both installers were courteous, friendly and did and excellent job without any problems. Both men cleaned the area and removed minor debris. They both thanked my wife and me for chosing Culligan service and reminded us to call their office any time if we had questions. I highly recommend their products and service. Larry Bowiin

We had bad well water in 2004 we tried a culligan water system, was very satisfied with the job it did then got city water and the guys made our system work for it too. Just a quick note to thank a few of the people at Culligan. Art, thank you for taking the time to stop by my workplace to explain my options for replacing my old charcoal tank. Thank you also for the follow up visit upon work completion. It was nice chatting with you both times! As always, Bill, you did a great job with the installation of the new tank and repairing the salt tank. You did everything neatly and efficiently. It is so nice to have someone you can trust come in to your home and it is always nice talking with you! I am very pleased with the service I recieved from the guys from Culligan water. Art did a great job when he came out to see what equipment I would need and Mary in the office answered all the questions I had. Bill and his helper did a great job installing the system and going over how each filter worked. I will recommend Culligan water system to anyone that needs it. I am very pleased with my water now. I'm writing to inform you of the excellent job Bill did installing my water treatment system. I am very pleased with the system and the quality of water I now have in my home. I told Bill that I taught industrial arts (metal working, electronics, small engine repair and many others) for 36 years mostly at California University of Pennsylvania and I was quite impressed with Bill's work and craftsmanship. My Dad was a pipefitter at Paige's in Monessen and he taught me a lot of plumbing and soldering skills over the years. If Bill was one of my students in class I would have to give him an A+ for a grade since he earned it. He installed all of the pipe connectors, the shut-off valves, the bypass system, filters, the AC-30 manifold, the RO system, the tanks, electronics, salt tank, and Aqua-Clear faucet and monitor perfectly. Please tell him of my best wishes for continued success with Culligan. He deserves a raise or promotion. Again I am very very satisfied with the system.

I am so sorry I waited so long to get my Culligan. I should have done it years ago! I can't even begin to tell you what a difference it has made in my water. Everything is easier to clean, clothes come out so much nicer, the shower door is so easy to clean, I don't have hang nails anymore and even the white parts of my fingernails are nice and white. Every step of the way from Art coming to my home through the installation process, these men were extremely professional, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about getting one. You won't be sorry!

I am extremely pleased with my new reverse osmosis water system. The work that Bill did on the installation was efficient and neat. The quality of the water is excellent, so refreshing and crisp. And I am so happy that I do not have to buy and haul plastic water bottles. I highly recommend this company and this system.

My husband and I have a Rain Soft water softener that was installed in our 1950s home long, long ago. We had no idea how it worked or who to call for service since we weren't given a manual or any information when we purchased the home. When we googled the brand, we found that the company no longer existed. Then, we found Culligan Water in Star Junction, PA. I was sure when I called them they wouldn\'t be able or even willing to help us. I couldn\'t have been more wrong!!! Not only were they willing to provide service, but they were able to come out within a few days to service our softener. I purchased a house in May 2021 and needed the well water tested. I closed on my house and Art promptly scheduled the appointment. He took his time walking me through the condition of my water and the issues that were present. They installed a custom water system to take the bacteria out of my water, with double filtration system, and made the water drinkable! Recently we decided to upgrade our reverse osmosis system with Culligan Water. We wanted to get the new total defense cartridge. We are so happy with this new Aquasential System. The water actually tastes better than the older system. But the best part is that we don't run out of water like before. Bill who did the installing did a wonderful job of taking the old system out and putting in the new one. Bill is a perfectionist and wants everything to look neat and in place. He cleaned up afterwards and it didnt take very long to get the job done. My husband was very pleased with the job that Bill did. From start to finish, having Culligan water is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. We recently had a shower installed and it was yellowing because of the hard water. Art came to explain what I was doing and took the time to go step by step. He was great. Mary in the office was super nice and patient. We had our first interaction with Art. He came to the house to conduct a water sample test. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared all of his recommendations with us. He was not pushy to sell more than we needed. He was also very patient as we were moving into the house and we waiting until the right time when we were ready.
